Does GVS have factory diagnostic equipment?

Yes, we employ the use of factory diagnostic equipment that are able to reset your service light, update your vehicles ECU system and diagnose any problems your vehicles may have. Our diagnostic machines support Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Land Rover and other European vehicles.

Will the diagnostic fee be removed if I authorize the repair on my vehicles?

In some cases depending on the complexity of the diagnostic performed on the vehicle, the diagnostic fee may be removed if and only the repair is authorized.

How long does an A or B service take to complete?

An A or B service may vary from 3 to 4 hours due to the amount of parts and labor that has to be completed as well as giving your vehicle a complimentary car wash.

How long does it take for an oil service?

An oil service takes about 35 to 45 minutes for the technician to change the oil, reset the oil service light and perform a complimentary car wash.

Does your company take personal checks?

Unfortunately, we do not accept any personal checks. However, we accept cash, any type of credit card from a range of Visa to American Express and in some cases where insurances are involved, we take two party insurance company checks. (State farm, Allstate, Progressive, etc.)

Does GVS buy used parts?

German Vehicles Service does not, under any circumstances, buy or sell used parts. We do not jeopardize the quality or safety of your  European vehicle, because of how precise the parts have to fit and function in accordance to the performance of the vehicle. We offer warranty on our new parts.

I have a warranty on my vehicle, can that be used towards my vehicles repair?

Yes, we also provide warranty repair work for our customers. The process is very simple we will take your claim, then perform a diagnosis on your vehicle. We then prepare an estimate and deal directly with the warranty company. Once the warranty has been approved, we notify you to inform you of the which portion of the repairs will be covered. However, Dealer Extended Warranties are applicable at the auto dealer shops but we would be more than happy to check your vehicle’s problem. In the event that your vehicle has a problem that is covered by a dealer warranty, we would advise you to schedule an appointment with them.
