I recently purchased my 2017 GLE 350, and the same day I received the car, I felt a pulsation in the steering wheel immediately after driving off from the dealer. I returned to the dealer, who then performed an alignment and balancing of the tires last Friday, but yet still, I kept feeling the pulsation in the steering wheel. After driving back home 1hr and 1/2 later and still unsettled about the pulsation I kept feeling in the steering wheel, I immediately reached out to Luis at German Vehicles Service, Inc as he had serviced my prior ML350 back in 2013. I knew he would look into it and find out what was causing the pulsation in the wheel. I also recently moved 1hr and 1/2 away and drove down to Hollywood, FL, where Luis could diagnose the issue and have it fixed. Without a doubt, I will be making the drive down to German Vehicles Service to Luis for all of my car services and needs. When you've found a place where you know you can trust and that they are always looking out for your best interest, it is worth the trip for me and gave me peace of mind. SHOULD I CONSIDER USING SYNTHETIC MOTOR OIL?

Synthetic engine oils are produced through a synthesis process that takes very small molecules and assembles them into larger designer molecules with premium lubricating properties.

WHAT PARTS SHOULD BE REPLACED AT WHAT INTERVALS?

The car manufacturer’s recommended maintenance schedule is a good starting point for determining when to replace parts, but there are other factors that can affect the lifespan of a particular part.
