Recently bought an 88 BMW. I like to tinker with cars myself and do some things here and there but I am def no mechanic. It was running rough and I couldn’t figure it out. I decided to bring it here and I am happy I did. Luis helped me since the day I brought the car in. Very knowledgeable and informative. Would recommend to anyone with a BMW.

Louis was great, issue was resolved. Price was more than we wanted to pay but more importantly, they identify the issue and resolved it extremely fast. Communication was also awesome. We have 6 cars and will now be switching to these guys for all vehicle services. Also, we received a two year warranty on parts and labor. Something I’ve never received from any company, ever. So maybe I shouldn’t comment about the price. I highly recommend these guys. Great job…..

5 stars without hesitation. I was dealing with a nightmare - my car was damaged by another shop, my insurance was dragging their feet, and I was stuck without transportation for months. GVS was the one bright spot in the whole experience. Luis was honest, helpful and truly in my corner every step of the way. In an industry where that is rare, it means everything to me. Luis really cared and would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

If you're looking for a mechanic who is honest, knowledgeable, friendly, professional and family oriented. Take your car and questions to German Vehicle, you will not regret it. Never ever had a bad experience. Anything you need done to your Mercedes, Luis and his team will get it done. 2026 UPDATE Professionalism and Service has not changed!!! Called and spoke with Servicr Rep Mateo, explained to him I had a message that came on the dash, he explained what it meant and what could happen. I needed a service as well. He got me in the next day. My car was serviced as I waited and got some work done. Mateo and Luis, checked on me for the time I was there. While waiting a young man came in asking Luis to tell/show him how to do something on his car....He did, no charge. That's character!!! Everything was taken care of on my car and I was happy at the end of the day. Side note: I've popped up at German Vehicle for things, that Luis would call simple; and he didn't charge me. Me: let me give the service guy something...and i would. Is your mechanic like this? I'll say it again, if you're looking for a shop to service your vehicle and someone who has integrity and character. Check out German Vehicle and the Crew.

I have been coming here for my 2010 BMW 328 for years. They do great work. Luis is really nice and honest. They take pics and show you things that need fixing similar to the BMw dealership. I like that. I also had a sticky door handle on the inside and Luis was able to replace that. Car repairs aren’t cheap and they aren’t here either but at least it’s good work and they give a nice warranty on their work also.
